Former DPC Central Police Station Aaron Baguma who is facing murder charges has been spotted at Grand Imperial Hotel in Kampala.
NBS TV journalist Bahati Remy took immediate concern after seeing Baguma and posted on her Facebook page alerting whoever wanted him to rush for his capture.
‘’Did I hear that Someone is looking for Afande Baguma the Commander CPS to battle Murder Charges or did I hear someone say he was taken for training? Well, he has just parked besides me at Grand Imperial Hotel in his car, anyone looking for him, he is here. I am just trying to be a law abiding citizen and cooperative’’, Remy posted.
Baguma is said to have been in the know when the owner of Pine car bond Muhammad Ssebuwufu’s bouncers tortured business woman Donah Katushabe to death over a pending balance on a car she had bought from them in 2015.
