Some people are commenting that this is the most daring Prison Break ever and Michael Scoffield of the famous Prison Break series has nothing on him.
However, the prisoner could be one of the leaders and he had been given the bike to purchase personal effects. The rules are relaxed a bit for some of the inmate leaders who have exhibited good conduct while serving their sentences.
