Uganda’s opposition face, Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi is facing the wrath of Kenyans on social media after he campaigned and endorsed Babu Owino for Nairobi gubernatorial seat come 2022.

Over the weekend, Bobi Wine was in Kenya to attend a wedding. After the wedding, he joined Owino on his campaign trail.

Bobi Wine posted a video of him endorsing Babu but shortly deleted it. However, Babu posted the same video in which the former presidential aspirant urged Kenyans to register as voters and make sure they vote for Babu come 2022.

The move seems to have not settled in well with some Kenyans as they have taken to their social media to punch holes in Bobi Wine’s decision to endorse Babu.

Below are some of the responses;

Bobi wine endorsing Babu Owino for presidency is the biggest mediocre witnessed in years. To HE Yoweri Museveni I would like to apologize on behalf of Kenyans for judging your able leadership. May you rule Uganda forever.

Bobi Wine endorsed a criminal for an elective position! Paul Ongili a.k.a Babu Owino attempted to murder a man &got away with it! You can't be preaching about impunity in your country &in the same breath endorse Ongili who's the walking epitome of Kenyan impunity!

Texting my Ugandan friends: I have cancelled Bobi Wine. I know it doesn’t make much of a difference, but I’m doing my part. He can join Babu Owino and go kick rocks.
