At just 30 years of age, Hamis Kiggundu is probably one of the youngest tycoons in the country. He is the owner of Ham Towers in Makerere and Ham Shopping Mall in Nakivubo. He recently got a go ahead from President Museveni to re-develop Nakivubo Stadium. Many people are wondering how the guy amassed his wealth.
His crib on the shores of Lake Victoria is a contender for one of the best digs in Uganda.
