It’s no doubt that Christmas comes with a fair share of expectations that are mostly met by only a decent budget that comes with a healthy pocket. The allure of getting gifts, going for vacations or being sponsored throughout this Christmas season is any typical slay queen’s dream. Here are their tricks exposed.

  1. No more blue-ticking your WhatsApp Messages. Forget it. This is the time they respond to every message and compliment it with heart/love emoji. My friend, if she has been blue-ticking you all year long, issa trap!
  2.  No more “K” responses. They will respond in a mature manner
  3. Check their statuses. They will keep posting; Oh Santa, all I want this Christmas is a vacation in the wilderness. Oh, Santa all I want this Christmas is a warm embrace. My friend, she is not talking about any Santa. You are the Santa. Sleigh away!
  4. They will always keep the conversations long even if you are not interested. For example, they are now very updated about Age Limit Bill. They will talk about Ssemujju Nganda and while they are it, they will say, “I wonder what Christmas gift their party has for them”.
  5. Some will be direct. Jokingly, they will repeatedly ask, “What are you getting me this Christmas?” If she keeps asking for a gift, she is damn serious.
  6. She will start playing nice all over a sudden. My brother that’s how Adam, Solomon, King Ahab and David fell.
