Jack Pemba is the new guy on the money chopping block, and he is threatening to overshadow the self-styled Rich-Gang. The Kampala Sun last Friday reported that he washes his car, with Johnnie Walker Black Label. We couldn’t verify that but we attended his 42 birthday party at Speke Resort Munyonyo where he blew over Shs100m. He hired Events Warehouse to put the whole shindig together and they went for a James Bond themed party. Pemba himself arrived for the party by boat as he waved to awed guests by the lakeshore.
