[dropcap]S[/dropcap]inger Eddy Kenzo was in for a big surprise when he made a stop over in Dubai on his way to Uganda with his BET Award. A Dubai based Nkuba Kyeyo lady identified as Suzan aka MTC gave Kenzo a cool $10,000 (about Shs33m) to congratulate him for winning the coveted BET Award.

“A big thanks to Suzan aka MTC numbers Dubai boss lady. She has been one of ma biggest supporters since 2010. I passed via Dubai tonight in transit to Entebbe and she gave me $10,000,” Kenzo said.

“Apart from that, she didn’t sleep on the award ceremony day till she heard that I won and she celebrated from that day till today,” Kenzo added.

Kenzo is one of the musicians who have been linked to Dubai based “sugar mummies” in the past and this $10,000 will surely raise eyebrows, but he says that Susan is just a supporter of Ugandan music.

“She is a big supporter of Ugandan musicians,” he said about her.

“God bless you my sister we proud of you. Webale kola sente,” the Sitya Loss singer said.

Did you realise he just called her “sister”? Now you go on blubbering.
