At this rate, Kenyan all-boy group Sauti Sol should consider setting up a permanent home in Kampala! The Kenyan afro-pop band that consists of Bien-Aimé Baraza, Willis Chimano, Savara Mudigi and guitarist Polycarp Otieno, have been in and out of Kampala more than five times, since their debut performance sometime last year.
And yet the group is set to return for a performance at one of the leading nightclubs in Uganda this December.
According to our sources in Kenya, Sauti Sol are set to return to give their Kampala fans a Christmas performance at a yet-to-be-revealed top hangout on Friday December 16.
The source told us that the hangout has already finished all the necessary paperwork with the group and that adverts for the show will start running on different media outlets this weekend. We shall hook you up with updates as they come in! For now, let’s all start rehearsing how to croon Born in Africa, Sura Yako and Africa!
