The level of humility and compliance in some senior citizens is simply humbling! So, the Bank of Uganda Governor Prof. Tumusiime Mutebile recently received a new official ride- a state of the art sleek Mercedes Benz S550 Sedan 2017 and no sooner had he taken a ride to his country home in Kabale, the Governor is said to have insisted on his team to take the new ride for the mandatory vehicle inspection done at one of the SGS stations Kawanda!

As the photo clearly indicates, Mutebile’s boys drove his new ride all the way to Kawanda and said that their boss wanted his car cleared. Little did they know that the mandatory vehicle inspection is strictly for cars that have been on Ugandan roads for over a year!

A few people were seen posing by the sleek ride. Nevertheless, we have to give it up to Mutebile for being such a law-abiding citizen; in fact we are so inspired at Matooke Republic, we are taking our cars to Kawanda next week!
