CIID spokesman Vicent Sekatte held a secret Kukyala in Mutundwe last week at Catherine Nabunya’s Parent’s home. Catherine works at BBS TV as a Crime Reporter and their “Kukyala” (traditional pre-wedding ceremony where the groom “visits” the home of the bride stating intentions to marry and set the timeline) was held with the best of a smooth criminal’s tactics. Surely, a crime reporter and CIID spokeman’s “Kukyala” can’t be any better than this!

Firstly, Catherine dumped her longtime boyfriend, Isaac Matovu, Morning Show Producer at BBS TV  (correction: A Bukedde TV producer (names withheld). The Kukyala ceremony was manned by plain-clothed personnel who are believed to be Police officers and the intention for this was that they didn’t want any inconvenience from either Sekatte’s wife or former boyfriend of Catherine.

Rumours ascertain it that Catherine has been “playing men ” among whom is a Medical Personnel at Mengo Nursing School.
Sekatte’s “entourage” of three arrived at the home in a tinted car.

Due to security reasons,  Catherine’s dad, a one Ssalongo who runs a hardware shop in Nakasero was not allowed to invite his friends.

Apology: We apologise for erroneously referring to Catherine’s ex boyfriend as her workmate Isaac Matovu of BBS. We have since established, that he was a Bukedde TV producer. EDITOR.
