Makindye grade two court has dropped attempted murder charges against moneybags White Bryan aka Brian Kirumira. This comes after the socialite wrote to court asking to allow him and the plaintiff settle the matters outside court.
Bryan White through his lawyers John Balungu and Rama Omungu on Monday morning April 9 informed the Makindye court Magistrate Erias Kakooza that negotiations between their client and the plaintiff’s side were going on smoothly outside court.
They also wrote to the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mike Chibita about the matter. Today court allowed Victor Bitwire and Brian Kirumira aka Bryan White to hold negotiations outside court.
