Latest on our desk indicates that Padyere County MP Anywarach Joshua Carter is taking the parliament to the ghetto! The legislator is reportedly spending his evenings at a music studio in Kampala!
Our source revealed that the legislator has recorded so far two songs including a collaboration with one of the popular artistes from his constituency.
There are also rumours that the MP will also hold a concert to launch his newly found passion; music!
Music has been one of the most effective means to leverage activism and gain a wide popularity. Perhaps, Joshua is taking notes from the Ghetto President with rather more seriousness!
