When Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine stated that he would ‘take the ghetto to parliament’, little did we expect that the parliament too would go to the ghetto!

Latest on our desk indicates that Padyere County MP Anywarach Joshua Carter is taking the parliament to the ghetto! The legislator is reportedly spending his evenings at a music studio in Kampala!

Our source revealed that the legislator has recorded so far two songs including a collaboration with one of the popular artistes from his constituency.

There are also rumours that the MP will also hold a concert to launch his newly found passion; music!

Music has been one of the most effective means to leverage activism and gain a wide popularity. Perhaps, Joshua is taking notes from the Ghetto President with rather more seriousness!
