Sudhir brings the “Running late? Grab a boda” statement to life in a bid to beat Kampala traffic

Although the number of people using bodabodas to get just about anywhere in Uganda is enormous, some people still consider it as lowering their standards every time they sit on the two-tyred vehicle.

One man that has it all, in literally every sense of it, Dr Sudhir Ruparelia has showed us that you lose absolutely nothing when you sit on a bodaboda.

The richest man in Uganda was pictured this afternoon sitting on a bodaboda while putting on his trademark all-white outfit.

When asked why, as a man that drives only the latest models of cars opted for a bodaboda, Sudhir said that he was rushing for a meeting and since a bodaboda is the only way to beat traffic in Kampala, he decided to hop on one.

A lot of lessons can be learned from this but one that stands out for me is that it doesn’t matter whether you use a car, boat or plane to get to your destination, what truly matters is getting there.
