Recently, the former New Eagles Production singer Sasha Brighton came out and confirmed her split with city Casanova Herbert Shonga.
However, this Friday Herbert has come out boasting on how he picked up Shasha from poverty and showered her with lavish gifts worth 15 million shillings.
During an interview, Herbert revealed the shocking news claiming he regrets ever falling in love with singer Sasha.
“I got Sasha Brighton from far, she was a good woman but there’s someone diverting her. I bought her a bed worth 15m but she still left me, maybe she got someone richer than me, so I had to let her go,” he painfully revealed.
Two years back Shonga officially divorced his wife Dorothy Shonga and started dating the ‘So Lucky’ singer and indeed everything was going on perfectly during their previous two years together.
The couple always lit up social media with their love-filled pictures and video clips showing how their relationship was meant to be.
Sasha went ahead and released music that was intended to hurt Dorothy on top of letting her know that her ex husband had moved on.
After meeting with Herbert, Sasha released songs like ‘Sigabana Musajja’ and ‘Kawomera’(You’re so sweet) that created mixed reactions among her fans who said, she went too far.
In November 2020 Sasha dumped Herbert and this forced him to go live on Facebook pleading with his followers to beg Sasha to go back to his home. However, it was wasted energy as Sasha denied her request.
Since then, the couple stopped posting about their love life on social media until Sasha broke the silence early this week and revealed that her and Shonga are no longer an item.
