Singer Moses Ssali, who is better known as Bebe Cool, is one of those musicians in Uganda who are well established with a big fanbase. Many of his fans recently asked him to release new music at the same speed as other musicians.

However, Bebe Cool has responded to his fans, saying he is not supposed to release music under pressure. He said his old music is still fresh in people’s ears.

Nevertheless, he gave his fans who want new music hope, saying that he is still determined to make new music and that he has been working on his new album and giving it all the ingredients necessary to make it memorable.

“Musicians like me, at our level, we don’t panic anymore because we are already there. Wherever I go, they ask me to sing the older music rather than the new, so I’m in no rush to release new music, but, of course, it will come because this is a new market and we have to continue because my work is to sing,” the Gyenvude singer said while performing at a Kampala night club.

According to Bebe Cool, who last dropped a new song five months ago, he has invested a lot of time in his new album that he is about to release.

“I have to drop an album, but again, it has to be worth the time, and secondly, there is no pressure at all. I’m still leading musically, “Bebe Cool said.
