Singer and Worship House lead pastor Wilson Bugembe has addressed ongoing speculation about his relationship with now renowned medical professional Dr. Jan Mukiibi.

For weeks, rumors have swirled, with social media buzzing over claims that the two were romantically involved. Some online users even went as far as speculating about wedding preparations, despite neither party confirming a romantic connection.

The speculation stemmed from their shared church services and a series of photos and videos that circulated online, fueling assumptions about their bond.

However, speaking to the press on Wednesday, Pastor Bugembe put the rumours to rest, making it clear that his relationship with Jan is purely platonic.

“Jan is like a little sister to me—we grew up together in the same family setting. She’s a wonderful person whom I’ve known for a long time,” Bugembe explained. He added with a chuckle that while he appreciates people wishing him well in marriage, there is no romantic involvement between them.

The city pastor also shared that whenever he visits London, Jan’s family welcomes him warmly, and he is grateful for the strong friendship they share.

At 41, Pastor Bugembe has consistently reassured his followers that marriage is on his horizon, but only when the time is right. He remains firm in his stance, promising that when the moment comes, his supporters will be the first to know.
