Gospel singer Levixone has spoken out about a resurfaced interview featuring his baby mama, Rebecca Namitala, popularly known as Lady Bezo.

The old clip, which recently regained attention on social media, captures Lady Bezo reflecting on her past with the Chikibombe singer. She opened up about their youthful relationship, revealing how they became parents unexpectedly but with deep trust and affection at the time.

According to Bezo, the pregnancy was not planned, yet it came during a period when both believed strongly in their bond. She described their eventual separation as mutual and respectful, saying Levixone wanted to dedicate himself fully to his music career and personal growth.

“He was very respectful,” Bezo shared in the interview. “He told me he wanted to focus on his music and become responsible so he could take good care of our children.”

With the clip sparking renewed public interest, Levixone has now clarified that the interview is old and not reflective of any current tension.

“That interview has been around for years,” he said. “I have no problem with Bezo. I wish her the best in life, and we’re on good terms — in fact, we still talk. She’s now married, and I respect her and her family.”

The gospel artist went on to express peace and gratitude for how far both families have come, insisting that he doesn’t allow public opinion to interfere with his private life.

“Our children are raised by us and guided by God,” Levixone added. “People can say what they want, but I’m at peace with my life and my family.”

Levixone and Desire Luzinda tied the knot on 15 August 2025 in a beautiful wedding ceremony officiated by Apostle Grace Lubega, just a month after Levixone proposed to her in July 2025.
