In his last national address about COVID-19, President Yoweri Museveni denied reports indicating that him together with members of his inner circle were offered COVID-19 vaccines. He claimed that he was still thinking of which COVID-19 vaccine to take.

Don Wanyama, the presidential press secretary has revealed that Museveni will take the Covid-19 vaccine jab this morning at State House, Nakasero. He will take the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.
