Adding greenery in the living room will give it a sparkle. Plants will bring freshness and joy to the living room, making it look new.  If you don’t like the idea of using live plants and flowers, you can opt for affordable artificial flowers.

Change your curtains

Curtains play a huge role in giving the living room a facelift. Changing the colour or design of curtains, gives the room a new look.

Change the rug

If you want to give your living room a different touch, change the rug/carpet. It will give the room a renewed look. When it comes to picking a rug, choose a colour and pattern that matches with your sofa or curtains.

Cushions

You can also decorate your living room cheaply by incorporating cushions of different shapes and colours on your sofas. Decorative cushions can dress up a neutral sofa or chair by adding colour and pattern.

Add accessories

Decorative accessories such as vases, small sculptures, bowls, and other interesting items complete the decor.

Book shelf.

If you’re a fan of books, creating a bookcase full of books will also add interest and colour to the living room.

Decorate with photos

One way to make your living room beautiful is to incorporate photographs on the walls. You can opt for geometric shapes or make a collage of the memories of your life.

Tree branches to decorate

Create a rustic and natural space without using any money. With so many trees at your disposal, pick dry branches and use them to decorate your walls.

While decorating place the branches on your wall or even on your ceiling.
