Amarula Family comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi is a funny man, but we had not known him for practical jokes. That is until he took the Katikkiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga’s Etoofali fundraising campaign literally.
The Katikkiro has collected several billion shillings from Buganda loyalists and well-wishers to rebuild the Kasubi Tombs that were torched in a fire and the Masengere Plaza. Amooti handed over a real brick to the Katikkiro who didn’t find the joke funny if the pictorial evidence is anything to go by.
