Hacker employs himself as MP, collects salary and allowances

Kenyan man, Wicliffe Moenga is reportedly on the run after employing himself as a member of parliament (MP) and is said to have earned last month’s salary.

Moenga, who is reported to have received a monthly salary and all allowances, employed himself as the MP of Ombogo South constituency.

However, the Kenyan government has not yet responded to the incident.
