At the ongoing CHAN tournament, it is not just the action on the pitch that has fans talking.

In the stands, Ugandans are bringing their A-game in creativity and humour, turning ordinary football jerseys into walking punchlines.

From witty one-liners to cheeky nicknames and hilarious slogans, the jerseys have become part of the spectacle, earning just as many cheers as the goals.

Some fans showed up in jerseys boldly declaring “I Miss Sex,” while others wore shirts with phrases like “A prisoner is freer than a man who promised a woman money.”
