Fred Enanga after serving in police force as its spokesperson for two years is now set to hand over the office to Afande Kaweesi as he has been sent out for further studies.
Enanga was promoted from Assistant commissioner of police to Commissioner of police by the President in 2014. He was appointed the police spokesperson replacing Judith Nabakooba.
