Maverick cop, Afande Mohammad Kirumira, the DPC of Old Kampala Police station has busted a training “laboratory” for Kifeesi thugs.

“We have busted a criminal lab called the Vimpire aka Malaalo Boxing Club located between Namungona and Lugala near Kigobe area,” Kirumira said.

“This place houses members of both Kifeesi and B13 thugs who spend their day time smoking marijuana and chewing mayirunji and training boxing. When they retreat, they enter video halls and spend time up to 7pm when they go to jammed places and snatch phones from innocent people,” he said.

Be aware that at least the areas of Kisenyi, Mengo, and Lubiri Ring Road are now safe for pedestrians. However areas of Nakulabye, Kawaala, Kasubi, Lungujja and Masanafu were still suffering from some incidences of crime, which we have now seriously embarked on solving,” he vowed.
