Besigye was arrested and remanded to Luzira on treason charges after police landed on the video recording showing the opposition leader swearing in as the President of Uganda in relation to challenging the February presidential elections that returned President Yoweri Museveni to power.

Tomorrow Besigye return to court for the judge to rule on whether he has been granted bail or not.

“I am optimistic that he will get his freedom tomorrow and I still hold out hope in our justice system,” Bobi who is nursing political ambissions to represent the people of Kyadondo East in Parliament told media.
