NBS to cover the American Elections

It is official that NBS Television will be giving live updates and coverage on the US 2016 elections slated for November 8, 2016.



Senior news reporters; Moses Walugembe, Ronny Mayanja together with a team from the Media plaza based station are already pitching camp in America ready for the task.

Apart from reports on who is likely to make it, who is making it and who will have made it as the next American president elections between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, The team will also compile general stories around the elections and broadcast them to Ugandans on the Amasengejje and Live at 9 bulletins.

This coverage comes after NBS entered a strategic partnership with VOA. The partnership has enabled NBS to give updates on the elections to date.
