The TVO controversy is getting more heated up by the day. Robert Shaka, an information security was one of the people Andrew Mwenda claimed was behind the TVO facebook page.

Well, Robert Shaka has decided to come out and drag Andrew Mwenda to court.

“It is well within your knowledge that on 29th January 2016, you purported to disclose the identity of one TomVoltaire Okwalinga, anonymous and or a pseudonymous internet blogger who utilises Facebook as a forum to criticise the Government of the Republic of Uganda”, the notice reads in part.

He claims the Mwenda’s allegations affected him so much that he won’t sit down and watch events unfold.

Andrew Mwenda
Andrew Mwenda described TVO as “radical extremist and demented psychopathic manic”.
Robert claims the description and allegation affected him both locally and internationally causing “public contempt, hatred, odium, and ridicule towards him.”

He therefore demands that Andrew Mwenda must delete the post, write an apology in a newspaper of wide circulation and pay him Shs. 300m in damages within 5 days or they battle it out in court!
