After he was blocked from visiting her at Luzira Prison, Kizza Besigye has today been an early bird at Dr. Stella Nyanzi’s bail case hearing.

The opposition politics leader show of solidarity with Dr. Stella Nyanzi stems from her relentless support and admiration of the Kizza Besigye and her distaste of the ruling government. Talk about unity due to having the same “enemy”!

He appeared in court all beaming with joy as the two popular faces seemed relaxed in the confines of the courtroom.

Yesterday the Criminal division of High court recalled Nyanzi’s case file from Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s court following an appeal by her lawyer Isaac Kimaze Semakadde. Kimaze claimed that the Buganda Road court chief magistrate James Ereemye Mawanda had a coalition  with the state to frustrate his client’s bail application hearing.

 The academician is charged for offensive communication and cyber harassment.
