Former presidential press secretary Tamale Mirundi has continued punch holes into opposition politicians especially members Democratic Party.  Tamale Mirundi insists the saga at DP is for personal gains at the expense of the party.

“They are fighting proximity wars and Democratic Party is the victim”, he stated.

He further stated that Betty Nambooze who accuses Hon. Mukasa Mbidde of “dining with NRM” at times works for the ruling party.

“Nambooze is fighting a proximity war. She sometimes works for NRM. Political prostitution is alive in Uganda. If you want to die a pauper, be honest”, he stated.

At the beginning of this month April, 4 while Mirundi was appearing on the same “NBS TV One on One with Tamale Mirundi” show claimed that Nambooze is an agent of FDC.

“Mao has goodwill but Nambooze is an agent of Besigye who wants to install Lukwago. The party should expel her”,he stated.

However, this time round he has contradicted himself linking Nambooze to now NRM or perhaps it is the “political prostitution” that he is claiming.

When asked about his source of such information, he bragged saying,  “I don’t have any connection with FDC, DP or UPC, but I have spies in those parties to let me in on what is happening.”
