The largely peaceful Kyadondo East campaign period is coming to a rather controversial end.
As contestants into the last day of campaigns (today), Bobi Wine aka Robert Kyagulanyi who is contesting on independent ticket has been blocked from accessing the Kasangati grounds.
He was scheduled to address a rally this morning at the grounds. According to reports, he was arrested after he refused to follow police orders instructing him to abandon a scheduled campaign rally.
