Vote tallying is ongoing in Kyadondo East constituency and it looks like singer Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu is set to win the race.
Forum For Democratic Change stalwart Dr. Kizza Besigye has as good as conceded defeat on behalf of his candidate Apollo Kantinti as he has sent a congratulatory message to Bobi Wine even before the Electoral Commission announces the final results.
Besigye took to Twitter to congratulate his friend, who will most likely serve as his area MP.
