I feel pity for all Ugandans taking their children to school when someone can go to Nasser and forge documents — Sekigozi reacts after losing petition to Peter Ssematimba

Stephen Sekigozi, one of the contestants in the 2016 Busiro South MP election and petitioner that  challenged Peter Ssematimba’s victory on grounds that he lacked the minimum required academic documents has no kind words after court upheld Ssematimba’s victory.

While addressing journalists after the ruling Sekigozi satirically stated that it is safer forging documents than sending children to school.

“Today, I feel pity for all Ugandans taking their children to school when someone can go to Nasser and forge documents,” he stated.




“In Uganda’s court, everything is possible. We expected to win this case but someone without academic documents has won. This is just the beginning. I want to let people of Busiro South that we have just started, let’s wait for 2021,” he concluded.
