New moneybags Byran White caused ripples in the city yesterday as he went around a “wealth creation” drive in the areas in Kampala suburbs.

As the political fever heats up over the Age Limit debate, police could not take chances when they saw the young tycoon in a pearl white convertible being escorted by several boda bodas and hundreds of people. They must have thought it was a political rally and they briefly held Bryan White asking why he was holding an “unlawful assembly.”

The moneyed fella was later released after he explained to police that he was just calling upon youth to attend his wealth creation event slated for today. At the event, White will hand out cash to enterprising youths to boost their businesses and those with good ideas to also start businesses.

While at it, Bryan White also handed close to Shs1m to a woman, one Rahuma Onyango whose husband left her after her child was diagnosed with cancer.
