On adjourning the house to 2pm, Speaker Rebecca Kadaga has suspended opposition Members of Parliament; Hon Ssemujju Nganda, Allan Ssewanyana, Gerald Karuhanga and Mubarak Munyagwa for disrupting the parliamentary procedures.
The suspended MPs tried to raise different issues on the ongoing debate but the speaker questioned the manner in which they doing it. In this they are not expected back for the afternoon plenary session. However, they have vowed to return.
Hon Oboth Oboth, Chairman of the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs committee laid off a copy of the committee report, minutes, and copies of stakeholders views obtained during their proceedings.
