Opposition MPs drag Speaker Kadaga to court for ‘illegal’ suspension

Opposition MPs; Ssemujju Nganda, Gerald Karuhanga, Allan Ssewanyana, Anthony Akol and Odur Nathan who were suspended on 18, December Monday plenary session have gone to the courts of law citing”illegal suspension”.

I together with my colleagues have taken @RebeccaKadaga to court for illegally suspending us from @Parliament_UG #Agelimit #Togikwatako @JudiciaryUG @LOP_UGANDA @ntvuganda @nbstv @capitalfmuganda @AdekeAnna @kizzabesigye1 @mugishamuntu @winniekiiza1 pic.twitter.com/QAmPCCRhUa

The opposition chief whip Ssemujju Nganda revealed the move on his twitter account. We await the response of the speaker.
