Late Aronda’s sister and Cafe Pap boss Jolly Ngabirano dead

Jolly Ngabirano, sister to fallen internal affairs minister Aronda Nyakairima is dead. According to reports, Jolly died yesterday afternoon in a hospital in Germany.

Jolly was the proprietor of a number of coffee shops under the Café Pap restaurant and coffee chain.  She reportedly succumbed to cancer.
