Madonna Hostel Kampala Uganda

If all doesn’t go well, Pepper Publications (the publishers of the Red Pepper newspaper) CEO Richard Tusiime might lose his fancy Madonna hostel situated along Kamuli road in Kireka. Madonna hostel was recently published in one of the dailies by a law firm Kyazze, Kankaka & Co. Advocates, who indicated that they were acting on instructions from their client- a financial institution, and ordered the owner- Richard Tusiime to pay the monies he owes their client, plus interest and their fees in 30 days, or risk losing the property.

Madonna hostel is a luxurious multi-billion property that mostly houses the high-end Kyambogo University students. According to the newspaper advert, the occupants of the property were ordered to vacate the hostel, meaning that Richard is likely to lose business for this semester.

A source further revealed that Richard was not alone; “Other pepper directors are going through the same,” the source said. According to the source, the publication’s directors, most, if not all, were financing loans from different banks. Apparently as soon as they were released from Luzira prison, financial institutions came demanding for their monies with full energy.

The source told us another director Johnson Musinguzi Byarabaha is also on the brink of losing his palatial residence. We pray for our brothers in the trade to overcome whatever they are going through.
