Frank Mwesigwa the former Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander, who is largely viewed as Former IGP Kale Kayihura’s blue-eyed boy has dismissed reports of his arrest. There were several reports claiming that he was under arrested.
“I am neither in hiding nor under any arrest as rumoured on social media platforms and page 3 of today’s New vision”, he tweeted.
When contacted, he revealed that he was in the village (which he didn’t disclose), preparing to attend a local function.
“I am free. I am here in my village. So it is not true that I am under arrest otherwise how would I talk to you?” NBS TV reported.
