Jinja residents have taken to the streets this morning to protest against the arrest and torture of legislators and 33 others including Arua MP-elect Kasiano Wadri.
Protestors blocked roads and set tyres blaze before Police swung in action to disperse the growing crowd.
Running battles with Police is going on by time of this writing.
