It would seem like People Power drives Ugandans insane wherever its chief Hon. Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine sets a foot.

The latest illustration of this is Dubai, the United Arab Emirates metropolis in which Bobi Wine performed for Ugandans based there yesterday evening.

A video that was captured as Bobi Wine was on stage shows the packed hotel-room where the concert was held going gaga, with the crowd (clad in red head-gear and other sort of red paraphernalia) wildly chanting “People Power.”
