For those of you waiting for popular youthful Pastor Wilson Bugembe to walk down the aisle, it seems like you need to continue exercising yourselves in the discipline of patience.
Speaking to the media yesterday, Bugembe revealed that his longtime girlfriend whom he has been planning to marry recently dumped him over reasons he cannot disclose to the public.
You might recall that last year during David Lutalo’sWololo Concert, Bugembe told this website about his then girlfriend, saying: “I found someone. She’s a very beautiful girl, but I will divulge more when the right time comes.”
Now yesterday Bugembe told the media: “She is the one who decided that we break up. I won’t go into the details here, but we both agreed that we end it.”
The youthful leader of Light the World Ministries church, however, said that immediately after the break-up, he went down on his knees and prayed to God to bring him another prospective wife and lifetime soulmate, and God replied him immediately.
All smiles, Bugembe said he will not be revealing any clues about his new girlfriend because her family asked him to keep her secret until they make it official.
What the pastor couldn’t hide was his hope that his new relationship will not fail this time round. He gave a hint on when he will reveal the new girl to the public by stating that he is planning to wed her immediately the construction of his new church is completed.
Pastor Bugembe’s was church demolished last year following the expiry of his two-year temporary permit granted to the church management by Nansana Town Council. He says he is soon holding a concert to fundraise for the construction of the church.
