Once known for always being anti-Besigye, renowned journalist and political commentator Andrew Mwenda has of recent turned his ‘guns’ to presidential hopeful Bobi Wine.

Mwenda believes that if at all the current opposition gets chance to come to power, they will make President Museveni’s government look like an angel.

“These guys are intolerant. I can’t find a home in the opposition yet I am disgruntled with this government. The other side (opposition) is scarier,” Mwenda said while appearing on the NBS TV Frontline show.

The veteran journalist thinks Americans and Europeans want Bobi Wine to be president because Museveni has become expendable and they are looking for his replacement.

Mwenda anticipates that with Bobi Wine eagerly wanting to prove to his sponsors that he is the best agent, he will do more terror to Ugandans than Museveni.

“Bobi Wine will be a worse version of Museveni,” he said.
