This follows a video shared on twitter by a tweep showing Police firing tear gas in residential areas in Kasangati where Bobi Wine was arrested on his way to his consultation meeting in Gayaza.

The tear gas endangered the lives of babies and mothers could be seen abandoning their houses with their children running to get breathable air.
