Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament, Hon. Francis Butebi Zaake and wife Bridget Namirembe have welcomed a new member in the family. The youthful couple has announced the birth of a baby girl whose names are yet to be revealed.

“Welcome to the world, little one! I am so thrilled that you’re here!” reads Zaake’s post on his official social media platforms.

Zaake and Namirembe are not officially married but besides the new born baby, they also have a four-year-old son.

In his announcement of the fresh bundle of joy, Zaake did not hesitate to at least go political while thanking Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Kyagulanyi on checking on them.

“In a special way I wish to thank you, the First Lady to the 10th President of Uganda for checking on us. May God bless us,” he said.

Zaake joined parliament in 2016; however, he went popular in a sad incident when he was allegedly boxed by Gen Katumba Wamala during the controversial ‘Tojikwatako’ fracas that happened in parliament. He subscribes to the People Power Movement.
