The decade did not start off on a good note for NRM enthusiast Tamale Mirundi as news reached his loyal following of how he was poisoned. He went on to make appearances on his popular television talk show looking frail, worn out as he spoke with out his usual energies.

During his stay at hospital, many expected him to be visited by the country’s President given his loyalty to the NRM party. However, this did not happen.

Today morning, Tamale is in high spirits as he arrived for his talk show at NBS Television in a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero Registration number UG 008 C complete with seat covers still intact. He took his moderator and producer on a quick tour of his new monstrous machine showing off the interior and the different features of the car.

Mirundi then dashed straight into studio and dived straight into the topic. He thanked President Museveni for his new gift which he attributed to his hard work. He said that the car is estimated to be over Shs300 million.

When asked whether this is not a ploy by Museveni to portray him in a negative light, he responded that he has been close friends with the President and this was simply a token of appreciation for his loyalty.

Mirundi also took shots at the people surrounding the President claiming that they are there for a short while but he would never get out of the President’s graces.
