Police has responded to a caution from Presidential Senior Advisor on Special Operations Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba by confirming arrest of 11 people who allegedly pelted bottles at Bebe Cool during Cindy’s concert.

While addressing a press conference at Police headquarters in Naguru, Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga said the arrested individuals were netted during the course of incident.

Enanga also said some of them are pinned on the scene of crime by the CCTV Cameras that were put at the venue during the event.

“Our preliminary investigations show that five of the 11, entered with plastic soda bottles. And when Bebe Cool stepped on stage, they disrupted his performance by throwing them at him,” Enanga said.

Muhoozi Kainerugaba earlier today through his official twitter handle lashed out at the Police for failing to protect Bebe Cool as he was being pelted with bottles.

The First Son wondered how and why Police failed to intercept ‘hooligans’ who were throwing the bottles.
