John Nagenda, a senior presidential advisor, has claimed that President Yoweri Museveni is the best blessing that has ever happened to Uganda.

Nagenda said Museveni is a remarkable man who has ably held the country’s top office. He claimed that no individual especially in the opposition has qualities to fit in Museveni’s big shoes.

“We are very lucky to have President Museveni as the president for 35 years. When I see among the opposition, I can’t find a replacement for him. This is why I want him to train one,” said John Nagenda while appearing on NBS Morning Breeze.

Nagenda said the youthful actions (doing push-ups) exhibited by Museveni are intended to annoy his opponents that mock his age.

On Robert Kyagulanyi’s ability to give Museveni a remarkable run for his money in the 2021, Nagenda said the NUP leader is not presidential material at all even in the way he walks.

“Have you seen the singer walking? Perhaps he finds it interesting. Bobi Wine walks like a mukopi (commoner),” said Nagenda.

Nagenda did not hesitate to comment about presidential candidate John Katumba.

“The little boy of 24 (John Katumba) pleases me, and he has good answers, but you don’t become president at 24. Have you ever heard of a president in the world who is 24-years-old?” he said.
