Police has been deployed in different parts of the city centre to contain Bobi Wine supporters who are demanding for his release. Traders have closed their shops and teargas is being fired. Bobi’s supporters are throwing stones at the Police and some have resorted to burning tires in the middle of different roads.
Despite a heavy deployment,supporters are chanting free Bobi Wine. The angry supporters also vandalized an NRM car that was parked near Mini price plaza
Bobi Wine was today arrested in Luuka for defying the Electoral Commission guidelines.
