Kabuleta claims Museveni is at his weakest point, “The chain has become very rigid and therefore breakable”

Outspoken former presidential candidate Joseph Kabuleta has said that he’s not surprised by the rampant violation of human rights in Uganda because the ‘author of violence’ in Uganda is at his weakest point and so he’s doing everything possible to show that he’s still strong.

Kabuleta says that the Wednesday incident that saw journalists brutalized shows just how vulnerable the regime has become.

“As we go through the ritual of fake apologies, let’s remember that Museveni, the author of violence in Uganda doesn’t mind being portrayed as dictatorial or even murderous. The only thing he really fears is to be shown as weak or vulnerable,” states Kabuleta.

Nevertheless, Kabuleta believes that Museveni’s chain is about to break.

“If he must kill or injure thousands to maintain the facade of invincibility, he will. But his chain has become very rigid and therefore breakable,” he says.
