With many asking what next for Rebecca Kadaga after losing the Speakership race to Jacob Oulanyah, Former Vice President Dr Specioza Wandira Kazibwe has urged Kadaga to stay humble and admit that she made a mistake to defy National Resistance Movement (NRM) party’s decision and stood as independent against party flag bearer Oulanyah.

Kazibwe says there is life after speakership and so Kadaga should move on as she is still a power leader in NRM.

“She’s number three in the party. I want her to stay humble and admit the mistake she did,” said Kazibwe.

Before NRM CEC decided to endorse Oulanyah for Speaker, Kadaga disclosed how the party was promising her the Vice President position in the new cabinet if she steps down for Oulanyah. Kadaga vowed never to accept the position.

However, Kazibwe has advised Kadaga to accept the position if President Museveni gives it to her.

Kadaga was part of the weekend meeting held by NRM CEC members at State House where they endorsed 22 members for Appointment committees in parliament.
